Sylvie Delphaut is one of the most endearing artists in the world of French ceramics. “All in softness” could be his motto, as much to define his personality as his magical work. Working more like a painter than a potter, her sculptures and her stoneware plates are all intended to receive decorations of superimposed engobes where her imagination rooted in nature mixes with a beautiful abstract inspiration.
