Delphine ISKANDAR
Delphine ISKANDAR
Delphine Iskandar first trained and worked as a graphic designer before discovering ceramics through evening classes in Paris. Excited by expressive potential of working in clay and encouraged by different artists, she started to construct a fresh and elegant dialogue between the taut lines of her wires and fine chains and the tiny porcelain forms she suspended from them, each gleaming with a subtly coloured glaze.
Having the great advantage of showing simplicity as a real advantage, her concise marriage of two disciplines has been readily recognized by the contemporary jewellery world as a refreshing novelty. Feather light and carefully constructed, these are jewels to always have at hand to enhance your natural beauty.
