Viola HERING

As a German lass in love with France since long ago, Viola Hering has chosen to live with her potter husband, her four children and an entrancing menagerie of animals in a village on the edge of the vineyard of Menetou-Salon. Her pots in red earthenware, all covered in her lovely creamy slip, lend themselves perfectly to her delightfully jovial decoration composed of humouristic sketches of farm animals or other wild creatures wandering a ceramic savannah.

Whether destined for adults or for children, with her witty range of smaller bowls and plates, they all bring a sense of festive joy to any gathering. So, set the table and, as the French say, wish everyone “Bon appetit!”
