Nadine LEBAS

As a self-taught potter, Nadine finally found her way after discovering Pierre Bayle’s exquisite sigillated creations in a article in the Revue de la Céramique et du Verre. From then on, she built her own universe of majestic containers whose forms are reminiscent of a certain “return from China”, with lids that sit like mandarin’s hats topped with tassels combining cords and ceramics. They all shine like much-loved old leather.

These outstanding decorative works have  done much to established Nadine’s international reputation.
